The Church Hall
At the Church Hall, all is quiet accept from Mrs Dewing from the Women’s Voluntary Service who is packing a few things away. The evacuees and local children have just deposited several bags of paper following their latest salvage drive. Everyone in the village is contributing to the war effort in every way they can!
Mrs Dewing is in good spirits but has been thrown by something she has found on one of the tables. She is absolutely certain that this particular table at the back of the hall had not been used by anybody while she was there with the children, and she hadn’t seen anybody else in the building.
She remembers them all going out to the back of the hall to pile the bags of paper up ready for collection but she is sure she didn’t see anyone come and go during that brief period.
Whoever it was left a blank puzzle behind with the following words written on the back: “ Here hides your clue in random words. Look out for the leaders!”

“Look out for your leaders” means look at the first letter of each answer. Unscramble the word to give you your next destination. Extra hint: You are in trouble if you end up at this place!
