The Well
Upon arriving at the well, you are greeted by many villagers who have gathered to get water. Unfortunately, there seems to be something wrong as the pump is jammed and nobody has been able to free it.
A few people have been there for more than half an hour but haven’t managed to solve the problem. After having a look yourself, you notice a large stone has been jammed in it to prevent the handle from being pushed. Fortunately, you have your bayonet with you and after some effort, you manage to free the stone and the villagers are able to use the pump to get the water they have been waiting for.
Some of the villagers want to see the cause of the problem but you've already noticed something odd about the stone and reassure them it was just a small obstacle and walk away with it in your hand. Away from the villagers, you look again at the stone. It has a small brown envelope wrapped around it fixed to it by a rubber band. Upon opening the envelope, you find a rough piece of paper with a coded message on it. The only legible part is two sentences at the start.

This is a Ceaser Cipher. The alphabet has shifted to the right by 3 positions. Write the alphabet out, then write it again underneath the letters but this time shifting the A 3 spaces to the right and continuing on. Continue to write the alphabet out. Fill the first 3 spaces now with the last 3 letters of the alphabet. The coded message letters on the puzzle page should be read on the bottom of your cipher – the letters above each of those are what you need.
