You arrive at the surgery to find Dr. Walters preparing for his afternoon visits to his patients in the parish. It’s been a busy morning at the surgery and Mrs Walters is helping with the paperwork and tidying.

 

In their lounge room, which doubles up as the surgery waiting room, Mrs Walters has discovered a note on the floor in the corner of the room. At first glance, it seems quite normal. It’s one of her husband’s notes to a patient. However, after looking again, she realises the handwriting is not her husband’s, nor is it that of any of the doctors she knows from outside of the village.

 

Dr. Walters has no idea where it has come from or how it came to be in his surgery. They need your help.
